Conjugated linoleic acid is a collective name for a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids with multiple positions and geometric isomers with conjugated double bonds on the carbon chain of linoleic acid. CLA is mainly found in the meat and dairy products of ruminants (e.g., cattle, sheep, etc.) due to the ability of microorganisms in the rumen of ruminants to convert linoleic acid in feed to conjugated linoleic acid. For example, foods such as cow's milk, goat's milk, beef and lamb contain some amount of conjugated linoleic acid. In addition, some vegetable fats and oils also contain small amounts of conjugated linoleic acid oil, such as safflower oil and sunflower oil.

Function and Application:
1.Conjugated Linoleic Acid can regulate fat metabolism, reduce the production of fat cells and fat deposition, and at the same time, promote the decomposition and oxidation of fat, thus helping to reduce the amount of fat in the body.
2. Conjugated linoleic acid can regulate the function of the immune system, enhance the activity and proliferation of immune cells, improve the body's resistance to pathogens, and help prevent and alleviate infectious diseases.
3. Conjugated linoleic acid helps to lower blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, reducing risk factors for atherosclerosis. It may also have a protective effect on the endothelial cells of blood vessels, improve the diastolic function of blood vessels, and help maintain the normal physiological function of the cardiovascular system.
4. Conjugated linoleic acid is widely used in the health care industry, made into a variety of capsules, softgels, CLA powders and other forms of nutritional supplements for those who wish to control their weight and enhance their physical fitness.
5. Conjugated linoleic acid powder can be added as a functional ingredient to foods, such as dairy products, meat products, baked goods, etc., to develop functional foods with health care functions and improve the nutritional value and added value of foods.
