Branched Chain Amino Acids, are the three common amino acids found in proteins, leucine, valine and isoleucine collectively known as Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), and so may also be referred to as Complex Branched Chain Amino Acids. This group of amino acids promotes anabolism (muscle growth) in two specific ways: (1) by promoting insulin release and (2) by promoting growth hormone release. The most important of the branched-chain amino acids is leucine, the precursor of ketoisocaproic acid (KIC) and HMB, which builds muscle, reduces fat, and provides nutrients to the body.

Function and Application:
1. Branched Chain Amino Acid supplements, commonly known as BCAAs. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) include Valine, Leucine, and Isoleucine. Branched Chain Amino Acids can enter the brain through the bloodstream and reduce brain fatigue by decreasing the amount of 5 hydroxytryptamine. Instant BCAA can be made into BCAA Powder, which can be used as a nutritional supplement.
2. Branched chain amino acids make up almost 1/3 of muscle protein. BCAAs slow down muscle fatigue, speed up recovery, reduce the loss of other amino acids from muscle during exercise, and help the body absorb protein.
3. Branched-chain amino acids are competitive with each other in terms of absorption capacity, so they must be supplemented at the same time to ensure maximum absorption. Branched-chain amino acids taken immediately after exercise or with a meal after exercise can reduce cortisol and quickly restore muscle levels of branched-chain amino acids. BCAA 411 is a ratio that is more appropriate as a BCAA Supplement
