L-Carnosine is a dipeptide often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys and stomach. L-Creatinine activates cells in the body and fights aging through two mechanisms: inhibition of glycation and protection of our cells from free radicals, which cause uncontrolled cross-linking of sugar molecules and proteins (sugar molecules sticking to proteins), loss of cellular function and incomplete gene assembly, which accelerates aging. L-Carnosine also stabilizes cell membranes and reduces lipid peroxidation in the brain, thus preventing nerve and brain degeneration. N Acetyl Carnosine is a naturally occurring, histidine-containing dipeptide that is the pharmacologically primary source of L-Carnosine.N Acetyl Carnosine is a potent ophthalmic agent with potential for use in human cataracts.

Function and Application:
1. L-Carnosine is a naturally occurring histidine-containing compound, and the biological role of this dipeptide is to act as a cytosol buffer. Other roles of L-Carnosine include acting as a neurotransmitter, modulation of enzyme activity and chelation of heavy metals.
2.L-Carnosine has antioxidant properties and is a natural antioxidant. L-Carnosine can be used as cellular antioxidant to maintain the pH balance of the body and prolong the life of cells.
3.L-Carnosine is a dipeptide composed of β-alanine and histidine, which can be synthesized in animals and can be used as a new type of food additive.
4. L-Carnosine has significant inhibition effect on lipid oxidation caused by free radicals and metal ions, and in meat processing, L-Carnosine has the effect of inhibiting fat oxidation and protecting meat color.
5. The use of L-Carnosine powder in cosmetics can prevent the aging of the skin and skin whitening effect, can prevent the appearance of free radicals produced by smoking.
6. Zinc is an essential trace element, and Zinc Carnosine Powder is a chelate of Zinc and Carnosine, which can selectively and persistently adhere to the ulcerated stomach lining to facilitate ulcer healing.
