Function and Application:
1. Sodium Alginate dissolves in hot and cold water to form a viscous colloidal solution, which is a hydrophilic gelling agent with very strong hydration capacity.Alginate Sodium has good thickening, stability, gelation, foam stability, and anti-products aging, and promote cohesion, etc. It can be added to all kinds of noodles to increase the viscosity, anti-brittle, and make the products have strong gluten, good toughness, delicate taste, and good bite.
